Try it on apples to add a sweet pop to your salads! Your slices, julienne cuts, and french fry cuts will impress with restaurant precision. And, PL8 cuts no corners on quality. The 18/8 stainless steel deck and legs will not rust or stain. The electro-polished blade is razor sharp. The silicone non-skid feet assure stability, and the legs fold in for easier storage. We considered safety and convenience in clean up too: the entire unit is dishwasher safe.
