- Features a hardened carbon steel mechanism for pepper, and a diamond sharp ceramic mechanism for salt
- The Cole & Mason Precision Mechanism does not crush peppercorns, but strips them to release maximum flavour with each turn
- Clear body allows you to easily see fill levels; comes partially filled

CARE & USE:
- Not dishwasher safe
- Clean the mill with a damp (not wet) colourless cloth and dry thoroughly
- Do not rinse the mechanism or submerge in water as this may cause rust
- Store in a dry, moisture- free environment
- Use high quality peppercorns in all mills
