A spacious three-door under counter refrigerated storage provides ample room for keeping your top-up ingredients on hand. It features extra-wide self-closing doors to fit with ease your various sized pans and trays including oversized pizza dough trays.
A removable cutting board with 480mm of width provides plenty of workspace for food preparation.
Designed for commercial kitchens, Bromic's PP2370 pizza prep has an industry-leading ambient temperature rating of 43°C with the lids closed and 34°C when the lids are open.
