Food smoking woodchips by Sous Vide Australia are made especially for use in The PolyScience Smoking Gun and are entirely chemical-free. Ground to the perfect consistency for food smoking woodchips, they smoulder slowly and gently when ignited, so they last a long time. And they’re great with barbecues too – sprinkle a few over the coals before or near the end of cooking to add a delicious smokey aroma to any food.

Redgum – Provides a classic Australian barbecue smokey flavour when used with the Breville|Polyscience Smoking Gun Pro. A true Australian flavour, redgum will go great with red meats, such as beef, lamb or pork.

Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt .We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card in Australian dollars. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.
