PAELLA SET 46cm PAN & GAS BURNER

This burner fits 56cm pans and smaller. It has two concentric rings of flame and two knobs that independently control each ring. The outer ring is 41cm and the inner ring is 21.5cm. You can use the inner ring by itself for 41cm pans and smaller.

The burners offer maximum control and flexibility, supplying even heat under the entire paella pan. Each ring is controlled by its own knob, so you can adjust the heat where and when it is needed
