The single-piece stainless steel blade is strong and wide to easily lift and rotate pizza while you cook. When the pizza is ready to come out of the oven, use the Utility Turning Peel to move the pizza from the oven and onto your server. The comfortable Beech wood handle is just the right weight so you’ll feel like an experienced pizza-maker from day one.
