Description

The #08 stainless steel knives with a choice of walnut, oak or olivewood natural wood handles. The blade is made from Sandvik 12C27 modified stainless steel which is corrosion-resistant, doesn't require any particular maintenance and provides excellent cutting quality. The blade has adopted a Yatagan shape, inspired by a traditional Turkish sabre. The blade is ground to an exclusive convex profile that ensures high strength and allows efficient regrinding.
