Description

To keep your Wusthof knives sharp the diamond sharpening steel is the ultimate. It’s coated with industrial diamonds that allow a fast and efficient realigning of your blade. Just lightly run it along the edge of your knife, and it’ll restore the keen cutting edge of your knives in seconds.

- Made in Germany from diamond-coated stainless steel.
- Hole in handle allows you to hang the sharpening steel from a hook.
- Polypropylene handle is contoured for a comfortable grip.
- Steel Length: 26cm. Total Length: 40.5cm.

Use

- Use with straight-edged knives only; not for use with serrated blades.
- Steel length should measure at least as long as the knife being honed.
- To properly sharpen the knife, hold it at a 20-degree angle and draw the blade across the steel. Never stroke the same side of blade more than once in succession.

Care

- Should metal filings accumulate on the steel, remove them with a damp cloth.

Permission to Return and to Receive Credit

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
