What a day it was! The BLOCK PARTY on September 2nd, 2024, exceeded all expectations. From the very start, the energy was electric as industry leaders, culinary experts, and curious attendees gathered at Barrio, right by the Chef’s Hat showroom.
With a fantastic lineup of exhibitors, live demonstrations, and interactive experiences, this one-day event showcased the innovation and creativity that defines our industry. It was a celebration of hospitality where connections were made, ideas were shared, and new paths explored.

Live Cooking Demonstrations
Chefs Matt Wilkinson, Jason Staudt, and Matthew Butcher took centre stage with their incredible cooking demos on the impressive Firenace Grills, thanks to our friends at Westholme Australian Wagyu. The flavours, and skills on display made this an experience to remember.

Wine Tastings
Brenden from The Wine Animal, paired with Spiegelau glassware, led a fun and educational wine experience. Guests challenged their palates, discovered new flavours, and connected with Brenden’s passion for wine.
