Recipe - Strawberry Mousse
Ingredients
200 ml heavy cream
50 ml milk
100 ml natural yogurt
100 ml strawberry syrup
20 ml orange liqueur
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients, pass through the a funnel & sieve directly into the 0.5 L iSi Whipper, screw on 1 cream charger and shake vigorously.
Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
Serve with Strawberries & Cream
