Congratulations to the team at the Village Wine Bar on their opening last Wednesday, welcome to the Chef’s Hat family!

Looking forward to what we know is a menu comprised of amazingly delicious, simple European food with great wine and flawless service.

Owners Peter and Tony Giannakis are local boys - twin sons of Greek migrants, who grew up in Middle Park. They bought The Graham in 2001 and ran it with critical acclaim until 2016 (awarded one hat by The Age Good Food Guide for 7 Years running!) Absolutely magnificent to see them back on the floor and behind the bar again!
