Every Two years, the Melbourne Exhibition Centre becomes a hospitality mecca with the Fine Food Australia Trade Show. Just like previous years, the lead up to the 4 day show was crazy with long hours planning, preparing and setting up our stall. In the end, the hard yards are worth it! This year we took a different path and released our brand new logo design, created a functioning kitchen and front of house which allowed us to prepare fresh coffee and ice cream daily! |
