Cafe owner, John Scalzo, behind LOT 6 Tsubu Bar, The Little Elephant and Mamadukes has recently settled to Mount Waverly.

All your coffee needs are supplied through the delicious roasts from none other than
Sensory Lab.

Poacher & Hound also offer a catering service. They cover the smallest business meetings right through to large scale cocktail events, both with very versatile offerings.

Our Team at ChefsHat worked alongside the team at Poacher & Hound to determine their key kitchen requirements before recommending the Unox E-Series 5 Tray Combi oven and Two Scope Fridges.
