The best way to ripen an Avocado quickly is to pop the Avocado into a paper bag with Bananas or Apples & make sure it is airtight & leave overnight. You will have a ripe Avocado in no time! The airtight paper bag traps the Ethanol gas that the Apples or Bananas release ripens the fruit.
