Red Block Red fruits and vegetables
contain lycopene and
anthocyanins, powerful

keep our heart healthy.

group their vibrant colour.
When it enters the blood
stream, beta carotene is
converted to vitamin A
and helps protect the body
against cancer.
Orange Block
Yellow Block  Yellow fruits and
vegetables are teeming
with antioxidants and
vitamin C. Studies suggest
these foods promote
healthy skin, wound
healing, and stronger
bones and teeth.
 Leafy greens, such as kale,
are an excellent source of
folate, a B group vitamin
that is a key nutrient in
human health. Studies
show folate benefits the
brain by slowing down the
effects of ageing.
Green Block
 Blue  Blue and purple foods
are health heroes. Plums,
eggplant, blueberries and
purple grapes: all of these
contain flavonoids that
improve heart health,
vision and brain power.
